Fun Fact: I'm scared of cows!

Being a part of the Complete K9 team is something that feels like a dream. I started in the spring of 2016 and haven't looked back since!  I am a CTE from Cambridge Ontario. Working with dogs is something I have always wanted to do. It just feels right that 'going to work' means being greeted with wagging tails and slobbery doggy kisses every day! I have always been surrounded by and in love with animals. When I’m not working, my time is spent with my fiance Dan, and our kids Booker, and Aniston. Our dog Mijah, a golden retriever is the happiest, friendliest, fluffiest, most loving dog you will ever meet in your life! She is an amazing role model and teacher for other dogs. She's happy running with friends on the trail, teaching class with me, or sleeping at my feet on a patio. Georgia is a social, loving, respectful girl who you can take anywhere. She lives for social activities and loves life. Her glass is always half full. Those who have met her, use her as a goal for the idea of what they want their future dog will be like. Alongside our two pups, we have two CRAZY cats! In other words... it's a zoo!

I began working with dogs in the summer of 2015 and honestly, I haven't looked back. What started off as a simple childhood love for dogs evolved into a "basic" dog walking job (or so I thought), which has now turned into a full-blown passion for learning about dogs, dog behavior, and dog training/teaching. When I started working for Complete K9 in Kitchener in 2015, I was absolutely amazed by Heidi. I trained and learned from her how to walk multiple dogs on-leash, and also control a fun, fast-paced off-leash hike with multiple dogs. She gave me a better understanding of how dogs communicate with each other successfully. The best part… I learned this all with NO TREATS. I was shocked and I was hooked and now I have transitioned into dog training as a Certified Dog Trainer/Educator in 2023. I am always learning. I will take every opportunity as a learning moment and use it to build my knowledge. I am passionate about what I do and I will push you to better yourself and your dog, giving you a lifelong bond of trust and love with your dog.

I can no longer imagine my life without all of your beautiful fur babies in it. They make me the person that I am. I will forever continue to learn and grow with this company and cannot wait to continue to make new friends (animal and human) along the way!
