I'm Lydia and I've been a part of the Complete K9 team for 5 years! As a former client, it's awesome to see all of the hard work and care that goes into every day as part of the pack.

I grew up in Kitchener and I have an Undergraduate Degree in Environmental Studies from UW as well as a Diploma in Police Foundations from Conestoga. Throughout my studies I realized my passion for working with dogs exceeded what I initially thought my career path would look like and I now work full-time with CK9!

There have always been dogs in my family, but in 2016 Pepper chose me as her human companion. Pepper is a small breed, but she does not fall into the small breed stereotype. Pepper and I love to hike, kayak, swim, rock climb and adventure outdoors as much as possible.

Then in 2019 our family grew by 4 paws when we welcomed Tony into our home. Tony was said to be a small dog, but my dream came true when when she continued to grow into the medium dog with a huge personality that you are greeted by today. Tony is always bursting with excitement in anything she does!

The bond that I share with Pepper and Tony is one that I want every dog owner to be able to experience! I am excited for the opportunity to get to know clients through puppy class and witness the bond between owner & dog so early on!
